Culture Dish is a PMH project celebrating refugee and immigrant women's culture, identity, skills and traditions around food. Women share recipes and stories. They cook and enjoy meals together. The photographs, recipes and stories are designed into beautiful books. Our 2021-2022 project, features women living in Denver and the North Fork Valley of Colorado.
